Time, gentlemen... PLEASE!

Okay. I cannot believe how long it's been since I posted anything here. I knew I'd been letting it slip, but then there are only 24 hours in a day which is totally inadequate as anyone can tell you. And whose idea was it to only have twelve months in a year? The absolute minimum should be thirteen, and I can make an excellent case for fourteen if asked. Time is playing some very strange tricks on me of late. It's slipping away like water through a sieve.

I've been fighting with my inner editor of weeks. I've struggled to get on track with Project Tevan even though the story is howling at me to get going. Finally I made it past the sticking point, and I'm getting in the zone. For the time being I'm not typing it, I'm scribbling in my little spiral-bound notebook, in my teeny, tiny writing in pencil. And the words are flowing like warm honey. It's really wonderful. I'm going to have to put them into Liquid Story Binder soon and I'm NOT going to edit them. That's what revision is for.

Aren't your fingers cramping up? I can't write free hand anymore. Lyme a couple years ago left me with arthritis in my back and my fingers get very stiff when I do certain things.

Things like writing freehand is a bad one, but I also have to watch how long I play video games with the boys. Even typing bothers me after a while. Atleast I can go longer typing than with pen and paper. I admire you and Ing.

(*Blush*) Heh.

Hey, how does your Liquid Story Binder affiliate thing work? Do you get a kickback for click-throughs, or for purchases through your links, or what?

Mostly I'm just curious...I bought LSB a few weeks ago, after reading your recommendation and testing it out on trial. I LOVE it. Sweet program. I don't even bother with Word anymore for computerized writing.

Cool, thanks for the update! I wish I could try out Liquid Story Binder, because it looks really great. I ended up going with Scrivener, which works on my Mac--and I love it! I don't use Word anymore, either.

Hi Everyone! thanks for dropping by. You poor thing, Theadra. That doesn't sound like any fun at all.

The affliate thing for LSB doesn't pay on click-throughs, but I'll get a commission if anyone purchases it. I just love the software, as you can tell. I'm glad I introduced you to it, Ing. I've heard a lot of good things about Scrivener too. About a hundred years ago I had a Mac, but the dictates of work forced me back into the arms of Microsoft.

Always did do my best poetry by hand... Glad you broke through.
